My gggg grandfather James Sweeney was born in 1780. My gggg grandmother was Catherine. It appears they had two children born in Ireland, Michael and John. Michael was born around 1825. They migrated to Butler county, Clearfield twp, Pennsylvania. The area was populated by Irish from Donegal. I suspect this is where they also were from. My grandfather died in 1864 and grandmother in 1865. If anyone would have information on them, I would be interested.
