Hello there,

My name is Barbara Duggan Morse. I live in the US. I am looking for a link to my family line. I have a great great grandmother whose maiden name was Sweeny. She married Edward Dwyer of Carbonear, Conception Bay North, Newfoundland in 1822. I am looking for anyone out there who has a link to this woman. Her daughter my great grandmother married Michael Duggan of the same area. Her name was Margaret and her siblings were:
Peter Dwyer, Ellen Dwyer, Mary Dwyer, and Ann Dwyer. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

Sincerely
Barbara Duggan Morse

Hi from Australia,
Would like to find out more regarding the Sweeney's of Garafad in Skye that also moved to Argyll and then went to Donegal. Also I have a quote from the Macdonald's addressed to the Chief of the MacQueen's of Skye regarding origins.
Look forward to your reply.
All the best.
